Made to Order Policy
Many of our products are made to order, or customised to meet your preferences.
Manufacturing Time: The expected manufacturing time for our made to order products can be found on the product or cart pages.
Delivery Timeline: Delivery will occur after production is complete and the balance payment has been received. Deliveries can arrive by two different services, either by truck or parcel depending on the items in your order. Delivery times can differ based on the service, they also depend on delivery location and item/s being delivered.
Change of Mind: Once you have made your order, you only have a limited time to submit a change of mind request. As all our items are custom and made to order, we will only accept change of mind requests before items enter the manufacturing stage. This normally occurs next business day. All change of mind requests submitted before manufacturing begins will be accepted and payments (including any prepaid shipping) fully refunded. Submit a change of mind request by contacting our support team.
Cancellations: We can only cancel your order before it’s been shipped. All order cancellation requests made during the manufacturing stage will be accepted. Please note, that as all our items are custom and made to order, cancelling an order during the manufacturing stage will result in the partial loss of your payment to cover manufacturing costs. We will refund any prepaid shipping costs.
