Deposits
How deposits work
When paying a deposit in our store, the payment method you used will be kept on file to allow us to charge the remaining balance before we ship the order to you. Once your order is ready to ship, your payment method will be charged automatically and then deleted for security purposes.
Editing the payment method on file
If you need to change your payment method, you can easily update it.
- Log into your account and select the relevant order, or navigate to your order confirmation email and click "View your order"
- On the order page, inside the box titled "Manage order details", click "Manage Order"
- Click "Update payment method" and you will receive an email that will guide you on how to update your payment method on file
Payment methods
We accept almost all credit and debit cards. We can also arrange payment via a direct bank transfer, please contact us directly to arrange this.
Store credit
Store credit is issued to customer accounts. To receive store credit customers must have an account. Customer accounts can be created at checkout.
There in no expiration date for store credit.
