We deliver Australia wide, however truck delivery is currently only automatically calculated for VIC addresses. To order a product outside VIC please contact us directly and we can provide a shipping quote for your address.

Shipping for material samples is calculated automatically Australia wide.

Delivery price depends on order value, delivery location, and type of delivery. If available. the exact delivery price is calculated at checkout.

Estimated shipping for individual items can be calculated on the product page.

Items with a large weight or volume may be subject to special delivery conditions. For those items with special conditions, we will arrange truck delivery.

Special delivery conditions:

• Truck delivery requires you to be home to accept delivery, we will be in contact to schedule delivery prior to shipping. See below FAQ "What delivery methods do you use?" for more information.
• All special delivery condition items in an order from the same manufacturer will be shipped together. See FAQ "When will my order be shipped?" for more information.

Before placing your order, please ensure that the point of delivery is directly accessible from outside. This may require measuring the width of hallways, windows and doors.

Deliveries can arrive by two different services, either by truck or parcel, depending on the items in your order. Delivery times can differ based on the service, they also depend on delivery location and the items being delivered.

Truck Deliveries

If you have a truck delivery scheduled, we will be in contact to arrange an arrival day and time prior to shipping.

Please be advised that we use third party freight, which means we have limited control over delivery delays. If you do have issues, please contact us for assistance.

Parcel Deliveries

We use Australia Post for all of our parcel deliveries, and offer their Parcel Post and Express Post services.

Parcel Post delivery

• Same state: 2-4 business days
• Interstate: 3-6 business days

Express Post delivery

• Same state: 1-2+ business days
• Interstate: 1-3+ business days

All items without special delivery conditions will be shipped immediately via Australia Post.

For orders with one special delivery condition item: The special delivery condition item will be ready to ship as soon as manufacturing is complete.

For orders with multiple special delivery condition items: Special delivery condition items from the same manufacturer will be shipped together. This means grouped special delivery condition items will only be ready to ship once the slowest item to manufacture is complete. Manufacturing time for an item can be found on the product pages and will be shown in the cart. For faster delivery consider splitting orders with multiple special delivery condition items. Note that this may increase overall shipping costs.

Shipping on orders with only partially paid (deposit) items
Shipping costs on an order that only has partially paid products will not be charged at checkout. In this case shipping costs will be due later prior to shipping.

Shipping on orders with only fully paid products
Shipping on an order that only has fully paid products will be charged at checkout.

Shipping on orders with both partially paid and fully paid products
Shipping on an order that has both fully paid and partially paid products will be charged at checkout.

If you would like for shipping to be charged only once items are ready to be shipped, please ensure all items in the cart are set to a deposit payment. Please note that material samples do not have a deposit option, and will need to be removed from the cart.

If you have an order requiring truck delivery, we will be in contact to arrange an arrival day and time once manufacturing is almost complete, prior to shipping.
